In 2024, leveraging the engineering teams I managed under ELO (which I co-founded in 2017), we structured a strategic partnership and equity investment for Ekagra Health. As Strategic Tech Partner, we designed and deployed a custom podiatric EHR system, streamlining patient intake, structuring automated clinical workflows, and building organic patient trust through digital advocacy, resulting in a 40% reduction in charting overhead inside the Dhanmondi facility.

The challenge wasn't just WebRTC or booking pipelines; it was making sure a patient on a spotty 3G connection in a power outage could consult a doctor. We engineered the platform with ultra-low asset footprints, local-first queue persistency, and single-click SMS invitations.
With Ekagra Health, we took these operational lessons into physical clinics. We built a localized, HIPAA-compliant podiatric EHR system that manages diabetic footcare intake. By employing extreme design restraint—using a clean monochromatic canvas where color is reserved exclusively to alert operators to critical wounds and infection severity—we reduced charting time by 40% and eliminated operator distraction.
