Fauzul launched Haiba Bistronomy in 2025 as his personal brainchild, bringing a premium bistronomy brand serving top-quality fusion dishes inspired by Indonesian, European, and Malaysian cuisine to Dhaka. Instead of hiring high-cost food photographers and wasting raw ingredients on physical dish trial-and-error, he built a visual design pipeline combining Nanobanana and Seedream image generation models. This allowed him to generate pixel-perfect plates that served as a clear aesthetic target for the chef.
Importantly, Fauzul conducted extensive research and designed the recipes using AI-assisted ratios, personally teaching them to the head chef and refining them to perfection using locally-sourced Bangladeshi ingredients. To deliver a modern ordering experience, he skipped complex POS subscriptions and shipped a sleek local-first web application built with TanStack Start, Go, ConnectRPC, and Zustand. Backed by 4 successful pop-up proofs-of-concept, the brand is now finalizing its permanent flagship location in Dhanmondi.
