Diabetes and downstream complications—like peripheral neuropathy and chronic vascular wounds—affect millions of patients in Bangladesh. Yet, traditional clinical pathways remain extremely fragmented. A patient is often forced to bounce between isolated diabetologists, podiatrists, and wound clinics, resulting in delayed care and higher amputation rates.
EKAGRA Health was established in Dhanmondi to fill this void—bringing advanced podiatric assessment, vascular diagnostics, and multidisciplinary therapy into one highly cohesive, world-class center.
Fauzul stepped in as the Strategic Tech Partner and equity investor through ELO. The mandate: engineer the secure digital core of the practice, implement compliance frameworks, and orchestrate patient acquisition via digital education.
The Psychology of Restraint: Why clinical software should be strictly black & white.
Typical Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms are visually cluttered and overwhelming, draining the clinician's energy and introducing dangerous administrative mistakes.
For Arc Health & EKAGRA's core internal systems, Fauzul designed an interface built on extreme visual minimalism. The entire EHR dashboard is monochromatic (stark black-and-white layouts) to block unnecessary visual noise.
Colors are utilized strictly as functional alerts—acting as clear, high-contrast beacons only to denote scheduling cancellations, active infections, or triage priorities, allowing clinicians to make split-second decisions without friction.

"When an operator handles clinical triage or updates treatment progression, every pixel of non-essential styling is a cognitive tax. By stripping the system to a clean black-and-white grid and reserving color strictly to signal urgency, the interface acts as an assistant. Red alerts focus immediate attention to infections, green marks patient presence, and blue tracks scheduled slots. The canvas stays quiet so the critical details scream."

Healthcare in developing ecosystems depends heavily on trust and education. We designed a frictionless pipeline bridging online public health advocacy with advanced clinical interop inside the Dhanmondi facility.
Deep YouTube Health Literacy
Rather than burning capital on generic marketing, the team launched a robust digital health advocacy catalog on YouTube (@EkagraHealthBD) and Facebook. Over 100 high-yield clinical explainers translate podiatric hygiene, uncontrolled diabetes prevention, and neuropathy risks into accessible advice, creating a high-trust organic community acquisition wedge.
Color-Accented Queue Registry
When patients arrive at the physical Dhanmondi clinic reception, operators check them in using the high-contrast Appointment Registry. Color-accented status tags (green for 'Present', red for 'Cancelled', blue for 'Booked', gray for 'Completed') prevent line-item confusion, minimizing front-desk friction and significantly increasing clinical throughput.
Structured Visual Ingestion
In the consultation room, podiatrists map coordinates on the interactive physical body checklist and log visual wound measurements directly. The secure EHR indexes progress photo uploads chronologically, ensuring that diabetologists, specialists, and visiting surgeons can review visual healing timelines side-by-side.
Therapeutics & Pressure Offloading
Once diagnostics are complete, the loop finishes with advanced podiatric treatment. The clinic provides bespoke pressure-offloading footwear, specialized diabetic shoe selection, and cutting-edge intermittent vacuum therapy (VACU ARC) to accelerate micro-vascular blood circulation, delivering world-class diabetic limb preservation in Dhaka.

Jamahook
Created Jamahook’s first web product and admin panel from a blank canvas — a music loop matching and discovery service powered by AI model–extracted weights. After early traction I stood up the full-stack team (React + Node/NestJS on an NX monorepo) and kept hands-on through the first market release. Six years later the product runs on web, as a DAW plugin, and as a desktop app with a much richer feature set; Loopcloud acquired it in 2026 and the dedicated team I helped build still ships modern integrations. Since 2023 my seat has been primarily client and business relationship — engineering leadership in the early years.
